Member Satisfaction Survey

Delta Dental of Massachusetts is committed to the satisfaction of its members
and wants to know what they think. Each year Delta Dental conducts a member
satisfaction survey through an objective third party. The survey meets the
rigorous standards set by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA).
In the latest survey 96% of members believe that their oral health is extremely
or very important and 95% of members were satisfied with Delta Dental of
Massachusetts.
