the
DeltaPreferred
Option
USA
Plus
Program
Works
The
DeltaPreferred
Option
USA
Plus
program
combines
two
of
Delta's
national
dental
networks—DeltaPreferred
Option
USA
and
DeltaPremier
USA—giving
you
access
to
dentists
that
participate
in
both.
There
are
many
advantages
when
you
use
a
dentist
who
participates—and
nationally,

out
of
4
dentists
belong
to
our
networks.
Plus,
if
your
dentist
participates
in
the
DeltaPreferred
Option
USA
network
you'll
save
even
more
money
because
you'll
receive
services
at
a
reduced
rate
(and
any
out-of-pocket
expenses
will
therefore
be
lower).

select
either
DeltaPreferred
Option
or
DeltaPremier
as
your
plan.
You'll
save
the
most
when
you
choose
to
receive
services
from
a
participating
DeltaPreferred
Option
Dentist.
Network
Advantages
There
are
many
advantages
when
you
use
a
dentist
who
participates
in
the
DeltaPreferred
Option
USA
or
DeltaPremier
USA
networks.
For
example,
with
a
participating
network
dentist:
- You
generally
pay
less
each
time
you
receive
care,
since
your
share
of
the
cost
is
based
on
specially
negotiated
rates.
- There
are
no
claim
forms
to
complete.
Participating
dentists
will
prepare
and
submit
claims
for
you.
- There
is
no
balance
billing.
You
are
not
billed
for
charges
in
excess
of
Delta's
negotiated
rate
for
a
particular
service.

payable

be
sure
your

is
a
participating
DeltaPreferred

network
