Once I generate my claims electronically, how can I be sure I sent the right information or if the electronic clearinghouse has received my data?
Before you send your claims a report known as a Submitter Report is generated that lets you know if something is wrong with the claim (i.e.: missing procedure codes, incomplete group numbers etc.). Once corrected, your data is sent to the electronic clearinghouse and an itemized Transmission Summary is generated that lets you know each claim was received completely and intact.
