Voluntary Plans are a great alternative for companies who want to provide their employees with dental benefits, but cannot afford to. This 100% employee-paid program makes it possible for you to offer a comprehensive, affordable dental plan to your employees at no cost to your organization.
We offer a choice of five voluntary plans, which offer great benefits at a flexible variety of price points. Regardless of which plan you choose, your employees will:
- Be covered for preventive, diagnostic, minor restorative and major restorative services.
- Never pay a deductible when they receive care from a network dentist.
- Be eligible for $750 up to $1,000 in dental benefits annually.
- Have immediate access to dental care because there are no waiting periods or preexisting conditions for coverage.
- Never be balanced billed.
- Never file a claim form when they receive care from a network dentist.
