Savings
Delta Dental PPO dentists agree to accept the discounted fees from our Table of Allowance as payment in full for the services they provide for Delta Dental PPO members. This allows us to tightly control claims costs. Since member co-payments are based on the Table fees, Delta Dental PPO also reduces members’ out-of-pocket costs.
Delta Dental PPO plans include Rollover Max, a valuable benefit feature that allows members to roll over part of their unused spending in a healthy year to increase their maximum benefit limit the next year, and beyond. Limitations apply, and some programs exclude this feature. Please refer to your benefit materials or contact Customer Service for more information.
