At Delta Dental, we take pride in delivering the highest quality service—every time. That's why we offer a comprehensive service guarantee called our Guarantee of Service Excellence (GOSE) to every one of our customers and brokers/consultants.

GOSE provides measurable service goals that range from claims savings to ID cards to claims processing. Each plan (Delta Dental Premier, Delta Dental PPO, DeltaCare, and Voluntary Plans) offers its own GOSE. Depending on the plan in which your client is enrolled, they may be eligible for up to seven service guarantees
