Can subscribers receive care from the dentist of their choice?
Subscribers that are enrolled in the Delta Dental Premier and Delta Dental PPO plans may go to the dentist of their choice to get the care they need. However, subscribers will enjoy lower out-of-pocket costs when they receive care from a participating dentist. Members enrolled in the DeltaCare program will need to select a Primary Care Dentist (PCD) from the DeltaCare directory who will be responsible for their overall dental care, although there is a limited out-of-network benefit.
